GUARANTEE/PAYMENT POLICY:

In order to guarantee the above reservation we request a payment of the full amount. Should you require a pro-forma invoice, please advise us and we will gladly forward one to you. Die Geel Huis reserves the right to release this reservation 24 HOURS AFTER THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE if it is not guaranteed by a credit card authorization OR a deposit slip being emailed to info@diegeelhuis.co.za. We respectfully advise that all reservations be guaranteed to avoid any misunderstandings.

CANCELLATION POLICY & NO SHOW POLICY:

The full accommodation will be charged if the reservation is cancelled SEVEN – NUL DAYS prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled more than
seven days before arrival, a 10% admin fee will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded. Cancellation must be written and emailed to
info@diegeelhuis.co.za. No verbal cancellation will be accepted. Early departure or a no show – no refund. Refunds, if any, will be done within
5 workdays.
