GUARANTEE/PAYMENT POLICY:

In order to guarantee your reservation we request a payment of the full amount.

Should you require a pro-forma invoice, please advise us and we will gladly forward one to you.

Should we receive no payment from you within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without prior notification.

CANCELLATION POLICY & NO SHOW POLICY:

Die Geel Huis reserves the right to release this reservation 24 HOURS AFTER THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE if it is not guaranteed by a credit card authorization OR a deposit slip being emailed to info2@geelhuis.co.za. We respectfully advise that all reservations be guaranteed to avoid any misunderstandings. The full accommodation will be charged if the reservation is cancelled SEVEN – NUL DAYS prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled more than seven days before arrival, a 10{662d0cc3f2a1de8a753aef99ffa71ab46961ec1a4a7a0bfa4912f6378b50a91a} admin fee will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded. Cancellation must be written and emailed to info2@geelhuis.co.za. No verbal cancellation will be accepted. Early departure or no show – no refund.

A complimentary breakfast will be served from 7h00 till 9h00 (Monday – Saturday), and 8h00 – 9h00 (Sundays). Unfortunately breakfast will not be served on public holidays and no room cleaning service is available on public holidays.

Cost for additional person is R180 per person per night.
